「Check in was super easy, free indoor parking, rooms were spacious and clean. Location is amazing, water park is a 3 min walk from they hotel. The pool and hot tub were clean and not to packed. Some restaurants in the area like the Crystal Cafe for breakfast. 」

「When I checked in staff member wasnt very greetable, He was like ok. Then stated my reservation was for 2 queen beds, I said no I chose a King bed room onlone. Then handed me a paper to sign and I heard him say somethings and the last part was was card and card reader said unexpected $125 charge. I assumed in case of damages. Then handed me the keys. I was like ok which way am I going, never been here before. Not a outgoing person. Other then that the room was great and bed was comfortable. 」

「Did not look like much from the outside when we pulled up. However, the staff is friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and they threw in a free breakfast besides. 👍」

「Great stay and a very quiet and relaxed upscale property. Staff knew who we were before we arrived and were ready a willing to assist to ensure any specific wants or needs were met. The surrounding forest and lake were large and completely open for exploring. Rooms are huge and incredibly well appointed. Food is 5 star for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 」
