"My room was run down. Carpets were stained and worn, towels were thin. No washcloths, no bath towels, no hangers, no water glasses. Felt like the place was going out of business and to top it off, the toilet clogged."

"The hotel was nasty the old carpet and furniture wasn't clean. The shower went from hot to cold to hot. Very noisy. The pictures of the hotel are all false. The TV and phone didn't work. I would never stay here again."
