「We had a wonderful time staying at the Lego hotel! My 5 year old had A BLAST!! Honestly, legoland was super fun but the hotel seemed to be the bigger hit! The only thing I didn’t really like was that the rooms have no phone or a way to contact staff if needed. It was kind of hard to locate anyone to help during the night when neighbors were super loud at 11 pm. Other than that, it was a great stay for kids!」

「Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. The rest of the breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit other than bananas and oranges would be a plus. ...

「Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.」

「I booked the least expensive room for $68 later in the evening. When I arrived, the Desk person evidently had booked the last of those rooms to someone else. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,...
