Unacceptable Hygiene & Poor Customer Service
I stayed at this hotel in May and unfortunately discovered bed bugs in my room during the night—after 1 a.m. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk the next morning. While they noted my complaint, I was told that because I booked through a third party, I would need to take it up with them directly.
When the third-party service reached out to the hotel, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the clear health risk and extreme discomfort, the hotel refused to offer any refund or even basic compensation.
This was not only an uncomfortable experience but also a serious hygiene and safety concern. I left with bite marks and had to thoroughly sanitize all of my belongings afterward—a major inconvenience that could have been avoided.
I strongly urge future travelers to read recent reviews carefully and think twice before booking here. Based on my experience, this hotel does not prioritize guest health, hygiene, or accountability.
