The hotel is actually perfect for children. It’s not too big and the waterpark is great. Not overwhelming big. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are nicely decorated. Food at the restaurant was good. The drinks in the pool area were very good! The only reason why I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is because dining options are limited. But you can always leave the hotel and 5 minutes down the road there are so many great options.

Cleanliness, staff, arcade, food options, craft room, and water park all stood out! Big shout out to Gloria and Christian at the front desk, Michael (saw him in the water park and at the buffet breakfast), Alyssa S in the water park and all the housekeepers and cleaners. The pool was great. However, the temperature is a bit cold for kids. Some of activities in the pool was out of order at the visit time. The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast option is limited and overpriced.

Resort Review: A Mixed Experience I recently visited Kartrite Resort for a family celebration, and while I have always loved this establishment, this trip was marred by some significant challenges. The Good: The resort's rooms and amenities continue to impress. The accommodations are comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing.
