We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. The best part was the Manor's convenient location to the Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts where we went to hear Josh Groban. All-in-all, it was a great birthday gift from my spouse.

Rooms are small and quirky and have a lovely view of the lush meadow. The owners are very friendly and let us pet their cats. Air conditioning unit worked well. Parking was a breeze. The Manor is very quiet at night, you can hear your neighbors creaking down the hallway so it doesn't offer a feeling of privacy. It's a nice safe haven in a beautiful area.

America, the proprietor was so lovely and such a beautiful spirit. The manor was precious, The grounds pretty, fire pits and Adirondack chairs on the lawn to enjoy.. such interesting stories behind all the museum like articles. if you take the time to hear some or just enjoy them visually. The only thing I would say, is that I do not believe there is an elevator And so your luggage needs to be carried up the flights of stairs. So it might be difficult for somebody who couldn't handle that. But being that the case, I could see her getting her sons or husband to help if need be.. lovely lovely people

The hotel was different for sure. There isn’t a lake view as the name implies. The room was smaller and the furniture was oversized for the room. There were extension cords for the lights which didn’t seem safe. The hallway lighting was very poor. Jordan was very nice and helpful but I was expecting a slightly more upgraded facility.

Such a wonderful stay. We were there to see a concert at Bethel Woods a few miles away. We learned of a shuttle that they provide to and from the venue for a reasonable price. We were upgraded for free to a newly renovated King room. The hotel is family run, clean, comfortable, and everyone is welcoming and wonderful. Such an awesome find. We will absolutely be back.
