everything was clean and new. gorgeous pillows, mattress and bedding. Restaurant was wonderful. Loved the balcony view of mountains and stream. Too cold to go bike riding but they had electric bikes.

Staff is friendly but could be more helpful. Bakery is good but service could be better. Loved location and view. Rooms are good and warm but smell of Lysol stayed all night and was not pleasant. May come back again but would have to ask not to use Lysol.

We had a great experience at the Wylder! Beautiful and clean rooms. The Sunday yoga was great. There is a 1.5 mile trail loop near the property which is perfect for a day time run or even an after dinner walk. To note there is no hot water kettle/ coffee in the rooms and the onsite cafe doesn’t open until 7 so no caffeine options for an early riser.

All was nice, very nice staff esp the bartender Chris! We could not get the TV’s to work in either room with the required logins, and the water took a really long time to get warm for the showers. Otherwise, really all fine and bucolic.

This was a lovely place to stay on our recent weekend trip to Windham Mountain. The property is well-maintained, clean, safe and quiet. There is a nice bar, restaurant and bakery, as well as a game room downstairs which was great for our teenage boys. My friend, who does not ski, stayed at the hotel and took a yoga class and enjoyed the sauna. It’s very close to the mountain and there is even a shuttle bus that will take you there on request. We will definitely be coming back!

My partner and I had a wonderful time here. We were only here for a night and wish we had longer, but will certainly be back next year! The on-site restaurant is excellent. The staff was professional and helpful. The pool was amazing and so were the bikes. It’s a really beautiful property and so peaceful. Book this hotel!

The hotel is situated in a convenient area close to Main Street (3 min drive or 20 min walk) where you'll find restaurants and shopping. It's also located near a lot of great hiking. The Windham Path is right by the hotel and would highly recommend it for all ages and all fitness levels. It's a 1.5 mile scenic hike that we enjoyed during our visit. The restaurant selection at the property is limited with Babblers being the only restaurant and it gets very busy with a long wait time for food. The room was very clean and bed was comfy, but we were on the first level right by the river where the fire pits were which doesn't have much privacy and we didn't like that as we had to keep the curtains to the balcony closed at all times. Other than that, the staff was all very friendly, accommodating, and the property has a lot of activities and is situated in a beautiful area within a few minutes drive to the downtown area.

The property consists of multiple buildings and it's a crapshoot which you'll get. Our building had no amenities and was a far walk from the main building and restaurant. The TV was practically unusable and took over 30 minutes to pair with a phone to stream a movie. Also, the heat in our room was a lousy fan unit and no heat at all in the bathroom. Lastly, we could hear the guests in the room above and across the hall. The soundproofing was non-existent. The bed was comfortable though and the location was great.
