「They did not refill the soap or shampoo in the shower. I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. The pit 10 sheets of toilet paper in the Kleenex box instead of putting a new box in, who does that??? The TV didn’t work in our room. Wa really disappointed considering what we paid to stay there.」

「Not at all what we expected after reading the good reviews on Expedia. Hotel parking lot view is obstructed from any other areas, so no one except someone at the hotel could see vandalism, signs there saying hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. No front desk clerk was there for check-in, it took almost twenty minutes to find someone. Once checked in we made it to the floor of our room and it STUNK, like really bad mildew smell. And there was an AC at the end of the hall squealing like...

「Property is in serious need of remodel. Main lobby area was ok but our room was run down with cracks in ceiling and stained toilet. My sister was next door and her room never got serviced and there was smoked joint on her patio. Unacceptable. Thankfully we were on the first floor because they had sign posted that elevator was not working. Some in our party had ac issues on the higher floors. Two medium coffees will cost you $10. Front desk staff was rude. Will never stay here again.」
