「Do not come to this place they have no bar, they have no restaurant they put me in a room and the ac didn’t work, it had ants coming out of it and also they moved me to another room and the bedding was not cleaned there was a rag under the sheet! There breakfast was not fit for a dog! There were fruit flies were the loaf of bread was stored. I left a day earlier because i couldn’t take it」

「I visit Birmingham quite often. First time staying at Residence Inn downtown. Unfortunately I will not be staying there in the future. The entire facility is showing its age. Doors to the rooms are out of alignment. A constant noise of guests forcing (slamming) doors to close. We had to put our shoulder and push to get the door to open and close. Toliet leaked water constantly on bathroom floor. Asked maintenance to do a repair but was given a number of excuses. We were there five days and four...

「While this place was near where we needed to be I would NOT stay here again. Around the shower doors there was so much mold, like nobody cleans there! Also, there was someone else’s hair in the shower. The hallway smelled AWFUL we were told that it was “a leak”. Avoid this property you will be glad you did.」
