「We requested a handicap room because of the ease of shower- what we received was a tub with a seat that was far from water supply- and a room that was at the VERY end of the hall. Twice to front desk where no rep was visible- and at checkout no one there.」

「The room/staff/breakfast was fine. My only complaint is the one I've always had - Those dinky little round toilets. I haven't used one of those since I left my childhood home. I recognize the the bathrooms are space-constrained, but gosh I wish you could do something about getting an oval toilet in those rooms.」

「I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back...

「The hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are nice and the showers/sinks are modern. The breakfast was pretty good. In fact, my wife does not eat pork and the person working the breakfast took the time to prepare her turkey sausage to eat one morning. we were very appreciative of the individualized attention that she received.」

「Checked in at 2:45am Although I could not requet a "wake-up"call, I slept like a baby & naturally woke up at 6:45am. 」

「Pillows nearly unusable…way too hard. Needed a step stool to get into bed. Made to feel like second class citizen when it came to breakfast seating…the couple who greeted us were really nice…the cook not so much」

「Staff was great and very pleasant. There was no access to water at all which was very disturbing. Had to go to the bar and wait to get water. The exercise room could use a solid cleaning and update to some equipment, would do wonders if it was cleaned daily when they do the rooms.」
