The modern bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries and had great water pressure in the shower. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of hot and cold options—scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, and great coffee. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained, even during peak times. One of the standout features was the location. Hyatt Place Baltimore is centrally located, making it easy to explore the Inner Harbor, museums, and great local restaurants. "Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only real issue was the pillows - they were down/alternative and provided basically zero support. The bed was a bit firm for me, but husband loved it. Pool was a little warm (and cloudy) for me, but kid was so happy to have somewhere to swim. Overall, 4/5. "
