The building is dirty, including the room, hallways and entrances and exits. All of the furniture in my room with the exception of the bed had rips, tears, and stains. The walls in my room were dirty, including the doors and it really needs to be painted. I reserved a roll in shower with a pulldown showerhead, unfortunately, the showerhead did not work. Half of the bathroom flooded when I turned the shower on. The only good thing about the room was the TV which looked new and the bed which was comfortable.

The room was clean and smelled nice, but there were rips in the couch and ottoman and part of the ceiling was coming apart. The worst part is how thin the ceiling/floors are. All night kids were running up and down the halls and another room had 2 or 3 dogs that they had left alone barking for hours during the day. In addition, a family of 4 got up early at 7 am and you could hear their whole convo and their morning singing routine. Did not get much sleep at this hotel.

Never again. The room was okay. The hot tub was COLD and greenish in color. Asked the front desk about it and the lady had an attitude. I heard others asking as well the next day. They ended up closing the pool and the hot tub. We choose hotels based off them having both of these things, yet no apology. No offer to do anything about them being closed. Nothing. Oh and it took 15 minutes to actually get coffee during their free breakfast. Many items were out and it appeared there was one lady trying to do everything. So, the breakfast was not good either.

Good value for the price, and the staff was great. I would recommend updating the stovetop and the shower door. As a chef staying in a city with so many great food options, I think the hotel could offer a better breakfast. I didn’t eat breakfast during my stay, and I’m glad I brought my own food. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to someone who just needs a relaxing getaway. It’s clean, comfortable, and worth the cost. I would stay here again.

Except for the AC unit being a little noisy, the room was clean, comfortable and cozy. By placing one of our heavy items on top of the unit, this helped to quiet it down. We had already started unpacking and did not want to ask for another room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, we really liked this property and would stay here again.

Perfect! It was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancée. It was his birthday weekend and the room was so spacious, clean, the kitchen was a plus! The 24 hour coffee downstairs really helped for the late nights. And even though it is pet friendly it was still very quiet. I will be returning here just to have a clear space to relax

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The breakfast buffet had a good number of options.
