What I really like about this place is that they keep putting us in rooms that are really nice like this time we were in room 237 and it was just a really nice room cuz we were all by yourself we don't have to worry about hearing kids screaming and yelling and running around up and down the halls and stuff it was just totally awesome we were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation to be able to start the work week

The door to our room had about an inch gap above it, not very secure, thankfully we were only there for the night. Check-in wasn’t very personal and private, it was virtual on a machine with someone video remoted in but when he spoke it was very loud and there were people in the seating area so they heard my name and some other things I would’ve preferred to not have “screamed” out loud (not his fault, it was the setting of the machine). Besides that it was in a good area for stores and access to the highway.

The facility was smelly and generally dirty, floors warped. Many security doors were propped open. Breakfast was 95% carbohydrate dense. Environment was 'iffy'. The room itself was comfortable and clean, however. Will not return.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities
The rooms itself was clean a little worn but the room was nice and clean. My issues come with there was not a real person to check me in. I checked in with a virtual machine. I didn't like that, I like a personal experience. Then my biggest complaint is my shower was cold EVERY morning! I was there for 3 days and I was so upset about getting a cold shower. Could not get the shower warm or hot at all. My sink would get hot but not the shower. Very upsetting. Again, the room was nice but the rest of the hotel wasn't very nice. The stairs floor was peeling up, the hallways were so stained it wasn't funny, it smelled like weed. It was not a good experience in there but again my room was decent. Will not be staying here again.

The check-in was done with a person who appeared remotely on a screen in the lobby. That was a new experience for me, but it was smooth. Highlights: comfortable beds, fluffy towels, clean room Low points: For breakfast, all I found available were 5 slices of white bread, 2 muffins & some yogurt. The facility was pretty noisy, too. Road noise from Route 30 was pretty evident.
