「Staff is friendly and willing to offer recommendations of nearby places to visit. Establishment was clean and well maintained. They have a beautiful display of live plants throughout the lobby providing a lovely welcoming feeling. I appreciated their large display of menus of nearby restaurants. If I visit Gettysburg again I will be using this location again.」

「My low review is directly associated with the water temperature. The first morning I was there, there never was hot water in the morning. I took an absolutely cold shower. The second morning the water was lukewarm at best. There were a lot of soccer players there the first night, families with children, and I was told by the staff that they must used all the hot water. 「Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a king corner suite well in advance for my son’s prom night and paid over $500. I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200. 「Restaurant too far from rooms. Only one elevator works. Super clean super good. I enjoyed it. I just wish there was a bit more convenience. Spa only works select hours. No on property gym. If you wanna go to the athletic center, you have to drive a minute away it’s a separate building, but on the same property. Excellent consistency for the price close to my job and I’ve enjoyed it for this assignment and will continue to stay there」

The only issue was a large gaggle of children in town for a sporting event. They were running the halls until close to 10pm. We had an overnight stay and I would certainly book there again when we're in town.」

「If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....
