「For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff -...

「The hotel is spacious and comfortable as a whole, relatively quiet, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows need to be improved, overall this hotel is quite comfortable!」

「There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...

「The staff were nice and professional. The room was okay, sheets and towels were clean but bathroom was not very clean. It was secure. We bought cleaning supplies. Very old facility, needs some work on it. Heating unit made constant noise. Felt better after we cleaned it to our satisfaction. Probably will skip it on the next trip. 」
