The property has the look of a Federal penitentiary. I can't believe that ramada would put its name on a property that looks like this. the staff were friendly, but this property needs a massive upgrade.

I was shocked at how seedy this place looked. I didn't feel safe here and I left to find another place. I was charged for the room, but I wasn't even close to staying there.

This room was the worst room I have ever seen. This company should not me allowed to own rental properties under a business license. Tub was filthy , as well as the entire property inside and out. Way overpriced as this property would not be worth $39 a nite

Not thrilled with the roaches in the shower or the overwhelming heat and smell of cigarette smoke in the ice machine room. Breakfast eggs were described to me as “one step above prison food”. (I work in prison, and this was pretty accurate.)

Sheets were dirty, like someone with dirty feet had slept there and sheets weren’t changed Bedding was stained and dirty Bathroom floor was dirty, sticky and a dead bug was on the floor Hair and dirt in the shower This is part of a Wyndham hotel chain? Disgusting and will make sure I never stay in another if your units Will make sure others are aware of the quality of this Ramada Staff did change the bedding, but you could tell he was put out You will receive a call when we get back home Money should be refunded Another couple stayed in a separate room, just as bad Our room was 232, there’s was 118 No excuses for this type of hotel!

Do not stay here. We had a house fire and needed a place to stay for the night. We booked 2 rooms and paid online. When we checked in they charged a 100.00 deposit for each room that we were not informed of before check in. When we went to park there were shady people hanging out in the back of the parking lot and the hallway to our room reeked of marijuana. When we got to the room it was filthy

Would like a refund....checked in. Went to room...cannot stay here. Neighborhood looks bad, parking lot upheaval. No air in hotel. Smells of bad sewage. Went back down to clerk, asked for refund cannot stay. Says he cannot due to booking at Expedia. Left room keys with clerk. Asked for receipt, he says he cannot will email me one in the morning. Avoid at all costs. We did't stay. We would like a refund !!!!

Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.

DO NOT BOOK HERE- Disgusting and unsafe—literally falling apart, not cleaned, nothing like advertised. We booked here because it was close to the concert we would be attending. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel looked NOTHING like the advertisement photos posted. It appeared to be extremely run down and unsafe just from looking at the outside. However, we gave it a chance and checked it anyhow. We were told how to get to our room and where it was located. Not only did it take us 30 minutes just to find the room located down random halls with all mismatched number, but on the way to our room the entire floors were falling apart, you were almost scared to walk on them. Upon finally finding our room, the entire door was dented and busted in and didn’t even close and lock all the way leaving us feeling more unsafe than when we arrived. We entered the room and there were bugs in every corner, and the room was very unclean. We started the air conditioning since it was so hot and puffs of dirt and dust flew out leaving our room, and us, hard to breath. My cousin and I decided as soon as we entered this hotel that it was extremely unsafe and unsanitary to stay in, but we’re astonished by the room as well. We didn’t end up being in the room more than 20 minutes and we just took our things and left. We didn’t go speak to the front desk because we were already late to the concert, and unfortunately couldn’t even understand the women when she spoke that checked us in.

The first room they gave us smelled like smoke. The second room the showed us had hair on the pillows and marks on the wall and recliner. The hallways had concrete missing from the floors.

All rooms have outside doors. Limited lighting in the parking lot. Bed comforter had stains. Chair in the room was dirty. No soap for the sink. Shower had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Toilet/shower area floor board was coming off the wall. All mirrors were dirty. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough for just an overnight stay. Wouldn’t stay long term at this hotel.
