"The room smelled of sweat. I didn't complain. I opened the window. One of the pillows smelled used and had cleaerly been used(rumpled). I didn't complain. I simply used the other fresh pillow. But the door would not lock from the outside. I did not feel that my things were safe everytime I went out. Three times I informed that it would not lock. I even sent videos to show the problem.Nothing was done. There was no apology, no explanation and no concern. "

"住宿點外面車位被停滿，服務人員沒有清楚指示哪裡可以停車，最後停車點雖在住宿點對面，但路上車速很快，過馬路有點危險。 飲水機故障，僅冷水可用，但標示不清處。 不提供早餐，盥洗用具，車流聲超大，冷氣有點吵，隔音不佳，隔壁聊天聲音都聽得到，天花板掉漆，提供安博盒子，但沒有第四台，這樣的住宿品質卻要五千多塊，加上價錢因素，這樣的住宿體驗非常差。 最後，民宿證照僅標示核可3間，令人疑惑。"

"Really close to train station and bus to Taroko, dorm is nice, there is a personal closet for big backpack, a locker above the bed and some space to put our stuff. Breakfast is simple, toast and fat add-on: chocolate paste, peanut butter and sweet margarine, but sadly no jam. There is tea but no coffee. The staff is nice, common space is huge, good place to stay."

"Overall this is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend a lot of time at Taroko Gorge. However, that also means the area around is pretty remote and transportation is limited. It is a good budget hostel to stay at if you are staying for a few days. "

The place is really well organised with clean shared kitchen and living room downstairs. The bedroom is very clean and the shower room has a separate door for toilet.
