"They gave me the wrong door code for my room; if I hadn't met someone from the same room, I could have been stranded. The lockers don't work. If you turned the actual face of the code part, it would open the door; you didn't need a code. No night lights for navigation, so the room light was on all night. No towels clearly made available - had to grab one from the front desk. No clear place to return them or the slippers. Had to ask someone where to find the slippers in the first place. The...

"環境服務好，態度誠懇，交通方便，附近餐廳經濟實惠。"

"The worst is the noise. I stayed in a room with a window. But there was an electric wire, so the window didn't close. And the noise outside sounded the same. It was really loud. And on the bed, ants crawled around. There was a bad smell in the bathroom"

"Pros: Spacious room Cons: Moldy smell in the room. Should be aired every day."

"Near main train station, car/scooter/bike rental and many souvenir stores. Nice and clean. Suitable when you need a place to take a rest at night."

"Really close to train station and bus to Taroko, dorm is nice, there is a personal closet for big backpack, a locker above the bed and some space to put our stuff. Breakfast is simple, toast and fat add-on: chocolate paste, peanut butter and sweet margarine, but sadly no jam. There is tea but no coffee. The staff is nice, common space is huge, good place to stay."

"The staff, the location, the facility. Everything is just soo perfect! Soo recommended to staying here!"

"很棒的休憩空間"

"老闆夫婦待客親切，早餐也都非常好吃"

The place is really well organised with clean shared kitchen and living room downstairs. The bedroom is very clean and the shower room has a separate door for toilet. We checked in after the normal check-in time and received the check-in information in details making it super smooth when we arrived in late evening. Guests that we met were polite, clean, and quiet, making it very...

"以背包客棧來說，體驗很好 公共區域還提供冰箱、微波爐等 而且接待與導覽都很客氣與用心 價位非常佛心"
