覺得老闆很好，房客較晚回來也會等，很謝謝老闆~整體感覺也很簡單乾淨舒適，雖然房間沒有電視，但也因為這樣能充份的休息！！！

화렌역에서 5분정도 거리라서 근접성이 좋고 역앞에서 관광지 셔틀버스 운행합니다. 여행자센터도 역앞 우측에 있으니 한글로 된 시간표 있으니 여행하시기 편해요. 호스텔 주인도 친절하십니다.

靠近花蓮後火車站，老闆人很nice，只是我們房間地板的禢禢米有點凹陷，希望老闆能找時間修繕。其他一切都很好

住宿不佳

缺： 1）服務態度差，原因空調有問題要求換房，還態度很不好地說是客人問題！ 2）什麼都要自己自備，（牙刷牙膏毛巾等要全自備，鏡子只有出去共用浴室才有） 3）冷氣時好時壞，睡到半夜還漏水，差點以為有鬼 4）睡覺時翻身床辱連都會發出聲音，沒覺好睡 優： 1）地方整體算干淨 2）離火車站近

Beware of lady staff

The lady staff will screw up even if you have remind her many times. She will tell ok, next moment she will do another and say another. Never trust her words. She nearly cause me to miss my train.

全体的に空間に余裕があっておだやか、居心地が良いです。 実は予定の他のホテルに移ったのですが、訳あって急遽戻って来ました。部屋の希望にも快く応じていただいて助かりました。私には安心して宿泊できる場所！です。 オーナーもスタッフもとても親切です。チェックアウトの時、どうやら見えなくなるまで見送ってくださったようです。途中から振り返らないようにしましたが。 ※私のレビューが連続して掲載されてしまうかも知れません。参考程度にお願いいたします。

今回もお世話になりました。

ドミトリーの密集感は感じられません。私は個室を予約しましたが、オレンジと山吹色とクリーム色が基調で、寝具も落ち着いたイエロー系、照明も電球色です。統一感があって居心地が良いです。この施設の穏やかな感じはオーナーのお人柄にも関係しているように思います。今回も、安心して快適に宿泊できました。

周辺環境は静かです。

花蓮駅から近く、また西側なので環境が静かです。個室を予約しました。 休日前になると混むようですが騒がしくなることもありませんでした。 オーナーのお人柄がとても良いです。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

5-minute walk from Hualien Train Station, convenience shops nearby. The room is spacious but the air conditioner is not cool enough.

Convenient to the train station

Holo hostel is close to the train station and within walking distance of downtown (if you like to walk, probably around 20-30 min). The hostel is clean and the rooms were big. There is one bathroom on each floor shared among 4 rooms, we never experienced an issue with this but our floor was not full. The staff were incredibly helpful and met all our needs. Breakfast was ok. I would recommend.

近火車站，旁邊有加油站，旁邊中山路很多吃的飯店，浴室及提供的毛巾乾淨，早餐略為單薄，門口約可停3輛機車

隔音很差，熱水洗到一半變冷水！毛巾只有小條的，要用三條才能擦乾身體。枕頭套有點泛黃，被套也是。整體來說除了價格稍稍便宜、離車站近，其它沒甚麼好說的。
