"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

The hotel modern, relatively new and just 5 mins walk from Hualien train station (visible from the station exit) and close to many car rental agencies. Undoubtedly my top choice if I return to Hualien in future."
