「The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. This was a family trip and unfortunately my father got ill (stomach bug). The staff were so helpful and accommodating to his needs. 「AC had trouble in one of the rooms. Asked for it to be fixed and 2 days later still nothing so asked again and they finally got it working. WiFi didn’t work in our room either but it would work if we walked out the front door…. Power went out when it rained several times but only stayed out momentarily. The grounds were nice and the staff friendly but we had trouble with our rooms AC and wifi so we were not too happy but maybe our experience was not typical. It seemed like it should have been...

「Beautiful hotel. Beautiful views. We were in a corner room that slept 5 and it was huge! The pool is small but it had a swim up bar which was nice. It's a steep walk to a beach. The beaches in the park are a lot nicer in my opinion. I would stay here again. 」
