The entire staff is are incredible example of Costa Rican hospitality. Treat this as your home. You will read in other reviews about a loud street. 「Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. 」

「This is an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Moses is awesome and greets you with a smile every time he sees you. The bar is convenient, although the drinks are very expensive outside of happy hour. There is wildlife all around the hotel, from three different species of monkeys to scarlet macaws, to iguanas and frogs. It's in a great location within walking distance from anything you might need. 「This place is a Jim, I was so glad to have booked this hotel. It is a bit up the hill, but the view is phenomenal and the staff was amazing and dedicated to make sure my stay was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the air conditioning worked great, the rooms were big with a private patio, the shower was super clean. I definitely recommend and I will go back for sure.」
