「We stayed at Shana for 6 nights. The staff of the hotel is amazing and very hospitable, they show that they love their jobs (like the back of their t-shirts says). Beginning with the front staff, Kevin and Katherine who were so nice. The bar staff, especially Warner who was super helpful and provided excellent service. 「The hotel was quite beautiful and so were the views. They have a sky lounge to observe the sunset. The Scarlet Macau Conservation was a great hike- saw a sloth anpart from the macaus- and is complimentary. The place is overall dated but otherwise good.」

「I loved this place! It was so close to Manuel Antonio National Park and all the beaches. The room was very nice, and I loved the veranda! The shower was powerful and water warm. Check-out was simple and fast and staff were friendly. The pool area was beautiful, but we opted to spend more time at the beaches and only went to the pool once. I would highly recommend Hotel Costa Verde. I just wish I could’ve stayed in an airplane!」

「Wonderful family operation, friendly, helpful staff, amazing view with lots of wildlife surrounding the hotel. From our door we spotted toucans, macaws, agouti, three types of monkeys, to mention a few. The owner is warm and welcoming. There is a delightful pool overlooking the jungle and ocean. We can’t imagine a lovelier place to stay. It is also very convenient to stores, a very natural beach, and restaurants. There is also a great highly rated Korean style restaurant on premises.」
