「If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. 「The room was really cool and set up uniquely but not super private. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was so incredibly hard and that’s coming from someone who loves a firm mattress. It was literally hard as a board and unlike any mattress I’ve ever laid on. Neither of us could sleep the first night because it was truly painful. 「Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning 」

「The location is gorgeous! Our villa was ok for us (2 adults, 4 teens) but could have been better. It was 2 levels but you had to go outside to get between the two floors. Having a private beach with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards was a big plus.」

「Hotel was ok but not what expected for how much it cost. They advertise bring on the beach but they're actually on a hill so far above the beach that it's difficult to get to it. After a full day of hiking, we didn't really feel like taking stairs all the way down and back up. The breakfast was good, but the rest was just so-so, I wouldn't recommend it. The pool water was so warm it wasn't worth getting in.」

Also you get stuck at dinner without a golf cart ride back. They dint communicate. Looks great , but they need to change there attitude」
