We arrived late but the security met us and showed us our room which was done up nice. We had an excellent breakfast which was included. We wish we had not been delayed on our arrival so we could have enjoyed it more

We had a great stay. The hotel was beautiful and lush, our room was nice, and the pool area was excellent. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. We saw tons of wildlife at the property as well. Walkable to a mini market and a few restaurants.

The property is clean and surrounded by jungle. There was tons of wildlife and I love the big comfy bed and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was INCREDIBLE!! Loved everyone from the desk to the maintenance to the restaurant! Also, the front desk was a complete concierge the entire time right down to arranging taxis. So amazing! 10/10!

The reception staff and hotel manager were very welcoming and tried to resolve any issue we had. They went beyond expectation in several occasions. We had breakfast and dinner in the resort and the food was very good. There was no beach view, The resort is about 1 mile far from the beach and we had to take a bus to get there.

Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable and the staff were excellent - they went out of their way to make us welcomed and comfortable. Rooms were spotless and the food in the restaurant very good. The gardens were stunning. Good location- bus stop at the door which takes you to the National Park entrance plus the beech. Also lots of restaurants and coffee places within easy walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff is fabulous. Big thanks to the bar and restaurant staff for the extra care and detail in helping our 5 year old celebrate his birthday. :) Also a very special thanks to the cleaning lady who decorated our room without being asked and made it very special. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, food is great and in an excellent location in Manuel Antonio. We saw so much wildlife on the hotel grounds and areas surrounding it. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were rustic and smelled a bit like old stuff but, honestly, it was beautiful, not only the hotel, but everything around it. The bartenders were so friendly and the front desk super attentive.
