Wake up in paradise! What an amazing place. Even better than the photos. We stayed in Casa Camila, and it was spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids (on the sleeper couch). The private «forever pool» is bigger than expected and heated. What a luxury! You almost don’t need to visit the national park, cause every day the national park visits you. We had squirrel monkeys on the terrace; scarlet macaws, hummingbirds and keel-billed toucans was flying by; one of the employers showed us a mama sloth with her baby hanging in the tree on the property; we saw an agouti, white faced monkeys and heard howler monkeys howling from the trees. It was wild, and truly such a special experience. The kids LOVED it!
Sunsets are 10/10 and the ocean view is uninterrupted, the place feels very private.
Service was impeccable. The concierge ordered us taxis and booked tours for us. The house keeper cleaned every day + you get one round of washing of clothes at the lavanderia for free. Fresh beach towels every day. The breakfast is served at the terrace; you choose from a menu the night before and choose a time. Fresh fruits, gallo pinto (rice and beans), eggs and pancakes. The kitchen has everything we needed - a bag of local coffee included. The beach and national park is only a 10 mins taxi ride away, and the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and (over prized) small supermarkets.
We didn’t want to leave this place and would love to come back. We recommend everyone to book this gem.
