「You are assigned a concierge who helps with booking tours, making reservation and any needs on the property. Our concierge Jose stayed in contact with us throughout our stay arranging tours for each of us and arranged for baggage assistance and breakfast for our early morning departure.」

「Moises has been giving my wife and I excellent service! He is a natural and we can tell that he loves people and truly cares about their experience. Even though it is raining today, he helped us forget about the weather. The whole staff has been very accommodating. We are having an amazing time and we highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely return the next time we are in Manuel Antonio!」

「Everything was great! The owner of the hotel is very nice & helps out with anything you need! The rooms give alot of space for all your things & has very cold AC. The Wi-Fi was working great & I had a good time within my stay. I stayed for 3 nights & 4 days & didn’t have any problems! 」
