"A good option for reasonable hotel is near top of hill. They offer free wine 5-6pm. Comfy mattress, good AC in room. The furniture, chairs, and bathroom a bit worn. One elevator is much appreciated after climbing all the san fran hills. Good collection of restaurants near hotel. "

"A good restaurant attached. Easy walk to Fishermans wharf. Great views of the bay and Bay Bridge. Easy walk from the tube... even with luggage! totally recommend"

"I had the suite and I feel that the price was fair. Great location and clean room. No complaints from me. You have to enter with a key card at night so I felt the hotel was secure with the front desk always watching. Will stay again. I made some memories with my childhood friends I will remember forever. "Great place to stay. Felt both safe and clean. Free coffee and beverages were provided in the lobby as well as a small complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Right across the street from a coffee shop and down the street from a Vietnamese owned donut shop/cafe. About a ten minute walk to the train, other eateries, and plenty of bus stops around! "This hotel is very well located, is near union square and the trolly. The area at night dies down and can be a little scary to walk alone. The room was very clean and nice, but space is very limited if you book a double bed room. So keep that in mind for people traveling with big or multiple suitcases. "

"It was loud in the night sometimes and since it’s in the San Francisco city, there were a lot of homeless people (it’s normal for SF but you should definitely be aware of that!) other than that it was okay, there’s no own parking space from the hotel so we parked at a garage which was 35$ a day and it was good! Fyi it was the cheapest one (it was on Geary street) "

"Cleanliness and staff service were exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the room and bathroom were somewhat compact, with the shower being especially snug, the hotel's central location was excellent. However, the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at night. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel overall."
