The hotel is older but was everything we expected. A great value and a delicious breakfast to start the day. Loved that they had ice water with citrus in the lobby even late at night we will stay again

Great location - walking distance to shopping restaurants sites and easy connections to BART train, cable cars and ferry. Breakfast included was great. Great value . Older hotel but renovated nicely with lots of history.

Very cozy reception. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. The location was really great, being close to the train station and a cable car ride away from other attractions. Our room was clean but had a bit of a strange odor. The elevator was also old and tight but I would still stay here again.

This was an older hotel if I recall correctly built in 1902 and to my surprise in really good shape. I enjoyed my stay and the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff was awesome.
