"The shower -tub, did NOT drain well....water built up to have standing water. Also, I wanted to take a quick wash up with only having the tub water, the shower head drippled water on my hair. This was the only negative Also wish there had been instructions for using the TV remote. I had to call for handyman service to show me HOW to use the remote."

"Although a frequent traveler to San Francisco, this was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in to check-out my stay was very nice. Friendly customer service, comfortable room and clean throughout the property. Cool on-site lounge/cocktail bar, although I wish the roof were accessible to guests w/ a bar up there, too. My only complaint was that the a/c in my room was weak (although outside temps during my stay were at least cool). The hotel was also...
