"Charming and beautiful. Yes it’s a historic building and it’s small and sometimes things look dated but by far it’s been one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and the location is perfect. A true urban gem for those looking to take in a real and raw experience of San Francisco in a safe and clean environment "

Additionally, the presence of electric car charging ports made it easy for me to charge my EV rental right on the property. The onsite laundry room was another appreciated feature. "Great place to stay! It’s a bit of a maze to get to your room but rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Room service comes around early so if you want to sleep in put the DND on the door. Staff is so nice and very helpful! Highly recommend and would stay there again! Prices our great too!!!"

"Comfy room, and convenient airport shuttle, but major bonus points for the board & other games in the lobby. The only quibble was the pool, with an uninvitingly green tint. On an up note, we paid for breakfast and liked their voucher system, which let my grandkids pick foods they especially like instead of the usual quantity-over-quality breakfast buffet."

"Really liked this small hotel, which is a short drive to SFO. The room was well appointed, beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the staff was great. I especially appreciated that I could park my car there for only $15/day while on a week long trip."

"When we first walked into the building you could immediately smell the cleanliness of the building. The room was also very clean, and the bed was the best part. So comfy! Only thing I’d recommend is fixing the shower. It tends to leak out and make a mess on the floor. Other than that, awesome stay! "

"We were on the 9th floor, it was a small room, but fine for SF. Location and comfort of the bed were the best aspects, but the elevator is so small; there is only one and it’s very slow. That was my least favorite part. "
