"Excellent location! Value for money! Very comfortable and spacious bed and room! Friendly and helpful staff! Hardworking housekeepers! Clean bathrooms! Starbucks and other restaurants are just across the road. Chinatown's Dragon gate is just next door! Financial district is just a few blocks away. I have stayed in other 5-star hotels in SF but this is the only one I am most satisfied with. "

"Although a frequent traveler to San Francisco, this was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in to check-out my stay was very nice. Friendly customer service, comfortable room and clean throughout the property. Cool on-site lounge/cocktail bar, although I wish the roof were accessible to guests w/ a bar up there, too. My only complaint was that the a/c in my room was weak (although outside temps during my stay were at least cool). The hotel was also...
