"Stayed at Casa Loma twice now! Love the staff, they’re all extremely friendly. Had a staff member assist me with train routes and advice for certain areas of the city. They allow early check-ins dependent on availability of rooms (we were able to check in at 10:30 AM because someone didn’t make their booking the night before). They also allow you to leave your luggage before check in/ after check out. Overall, great service and experience with the staff. "

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170.
