I am satisfied with my stay at the Mosser. I booked the queen room with attached bathroom. The location is great with a lot of public transit options in within short walking distance. Trader joes, Ross and multiple options for bars and restaurants are within a few mtrs of the hotel. The room itself is basic, clean, ventilated with good thick mattress. I had the room on 7th floor. It has a lot of windows and light. There are fans in the room so it was not stuffy. The bathroom is decent sized. I appreciate the way its all been designed considering its a really old building. The only design flaw is the sink outside the bathroom. The sink is small and the mirror, though well placed, has an unneccessary shelf which obstructs in a manner that makes the sink is great for just washing hands. For the price of the room this wasnt a big a deal considering the other pros. I must mention the quality of the the soap provided in the room was very good quality. I was sceptical about booking this stay based on the other reviews. I recommend staying at the Mosser.

The check-in process was seamless even though I arrived around 1am after a long drive. Parking was closed, but there was other affordable parking nearby (fifth and mission/Yerba Buena Garage). Got into my room - everything was clean. I only wish the shampoo/soap dispensers were easier to dispense (I had a room with a bathroom included). Other than that, the stay was perfect for good sleep.

・朝、ロビーでコーヒーが飲めるのだが、私のチェックインのときには言っていなかった（あるいは、とても小さな声で言っていて、気づかない程度の声だった）。 ・共用のお風呂、照明が点滅していて使えず、翌日に修理がなされた後も蛇口が固くて、お湯の出し方が分からないままだった。 ・とはいえ、混みあっていることもなかったので、その点はよかった ・部屋のドライヤー、風量が少なかったり、かと思えば熱くなって煙が出たりしていた。

Me he quedado dos veces y ambas el cuarto ha estado muy limpio. Recomiendo reservar en los cuartos con baño incluido. ¡Considerar que los cuartos son pequeños! Pero para dos o tres noches está bien. La ubicación es muy buena y conectada del transporte público, por lo que tomar el BART desde y al aeropuerto es muy sencillo.

First night had a room where there was lots of noise and could hear the next room entertaining; asked for a room change. Next morning room changed and more space than the last.
