「Property was beautiful but could use updating. Staff was excellent. Rooms were small and we didn't like not having a separate bathroom from the rest of the room. We informed them that we would be there for our honeymoon when we booked months in advance and were not offered an upgrade. Instead we were given cheap champagne & a couple chocolates on the 2nd day after complaining at the front desk.」

「I have now stayed here twice and both times have been beyond exceptional! The food at this resort makes you feel like you’re truly somewhere magical! The staff is very kind and attentive. The only downside is waiting for a shuttle to get places since the resort is so big, but it was typically only about a 10-15 minute wait. Can’t wait to come back!」

「We received a bottle of wine and free breakfast with our VIP package. The room was very comfortable and the shower was huge. There was a building under construction next door that was a little noisy and there was a pile of towels and sheets on the ground in the entry way outside our door. 」

「This is our first time staying in this resort and we were very very impressed We stayed in the impressions part at the oceanfront suite The food was amazing! So much options! The staff were very nice and helpful, the drinks at the bars were tasty, the variety of pools and lounges was spectacular and we didn’t have to leave the resort at all! We usually not going back to the same place twice but I have a feeling we will be back here! The only comment I have is the lack of AC in the hole ways on...

「Staff was very friendly, rooms spotless and extremely spacious, views from the rooftop were pretty, rooftop pools and area were fantastic, parking was easy. Only downsides were wifi was very weak and spotty, shower was a good temperature but didn’t not get hot hot, and no hair dryer in the room so you would have to call for one. Other than that, this is a place I would definitely come back to.」
