"The location is excellent. The staff was respectful but we did not interacted with them so much. The hotel is kind of outdated, not as clean, but manejable. What made the experience awful was the heat. The room was way too hot. It made impossible to sleep or rest. The hotel does not have air conditioning, they provide fans, but the room was way too warm even with the window open the whole time. The temperature on the streets was more enjoyable than the room itself. The fans were covered with...
"No frills but excellent location for a single traveler working or exploring London and nearby. Room was small but functional and clean. Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Great water pressure! For a budget solo work trip, I would stay again. There’s no AC and my room was a basement room with limited air flow. Fan in the room worked well enough."

No A/C but the room is small so the window keeps it fairly cool overnight if the outside temps aren’t blazing hot. The bathroom is tiny and was probably once a closet. The location is fairly close to Paddington Station so that worked well for us. The staff were super helpful and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel until it was time to catch the train on check out day."
"Staff were very helpful to check in and storage of our luggage after checking out. Room was clean and tidy. To note - only issue we had was that we didn’t have water in the evening this was due to a burst pipe and Thames water were in attendance on the roadside outside. All was ok after"
"Avoid like the plague. I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation, so I’m not precious but this was single handedly the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person. No staff on site and they didn’t answer when calling the only phone number available. I question the validity of the other reviews of this accommodation, just plain awful. I will be reading a...
