Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only fit 70% of my 13" laptop, ridiculous. Window literally leaks - chilling wind blows in at night with no way to shut off noise. TV is completely dead - no channel has any reception at all. The bigger rooms might be better, but the single room should be avoided. You have to pay me to stay for over a week. This is actually the most expensive room per night on my trip, and by far the worst one. I have stayed at another hotel on the previous week (2 tube stations away), and it was way better while being ~20% cheaper per night. Location is great and the area seems safe, but there are better choices.

The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs.

Prima plek om een paar dagen te overnachten zodat je door Londen kan gaan. Ook zeker een goede plek als.je naar Wimbeldon wil. Bed slaapt goed.

If you like moldy tiles, thread bare towels, and barred windows, this is your place. Take a look at our basement garden view. 😂 Also, don’t flush the toilet while someone is in the shower unless you want them to be scalded. It’s about equal to a motel 6.

We were travelling with two sets of friends, three different rooms. It seems we were fortunate to get Room 110 which had a nice balcony and window overlooking the park across the street. Our friends were not so lucky on the third floor with their rooms which were not good at all. Too bad really as the property location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the tube system to get around.

Chambre non conforme à ce que Expedia m’a montré sur le site. Qualité de la chambre très faible. Pas insonorisé donc très bruyant. Entend les voisins parlé. Staff pas serviable et pas accueillant. Nettoyage médiocre. Pas de fan ni d’air climatisé, trop chaud, pas de min frigo, rénovation amateur. Alentour très bien situé et parc agréable en face de l’hôtel. Très mauvaise expérience impossible d’avoir été aussi bien évalué par Expedia.

Great location for the price. Nice comfortable and spacious rooms. There is no air conditioning so hot days could get difficult. There is one fan provided in a room of triple occupancy and that isn’t enough. But very connected and good location.

I stayed here for 3 nights and each night was progressively worse. There was no air conditioning and only a fan was provided. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows barley opened. There was no airflow, so it was hot all the time. The bathroom was decent but SMALL. I would be getting out of the shower and it didn’t matter where I got dressed. The shower curtain stuck to me. Housekeeping did come but it looked like all the same dirty sheets. I saw multiple stains on the sheets. Hair was on both the sheets and floors when I arrived. I would not recommend this place as it was a miserable experience. The only good thing I can say is that it was a 5 minute walk to the tube and the main road.

Room 57 lower ground floor. Major issues. Bathroom door didnt close, toilet didnt flush properly, shower curtain inadequate. Toels need replacing.no air con. Radotor had sign saying do not use. Wouldnt stay again. If offered this room ask to inspect first.

Near Picadilly Line, which is running the hole night. The room has everything very basic and it isnt very clean. The wall are thin and you can hear your neighbour talking on the phone or watching TV. For shortterm its okay for more than two days up to one week I would recommend to stay in another place.
