These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.

Absolutely loved the private balcony in my room! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spotless with modern, well-maintained facilities. Such a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

The first my room was awful ( smelled like smoke, very small size for three people) i wanted to refund my money and then they changed my room ( it was little bit better) but still smelt smoke and the toilet had bad smell 😔😔 Generally the location was okay but it is look like ARBN not hotel 👍👍

Upon arrival, the room had a strong musty smell, despite the presence of a dehumidifier. The bed, while equipped with a comfortable mattress, was unstable, with every movement of one person disturbing the other. A particularly frustrating aspect was the delivery service: unlike the norm in China with robot deliveries, the hotel required guests to collect their orders at the entrance, as delivery drivers were not allowed in the lobby. Finally, the room service was deemed sloppy, with only two towels provided for four people (two adults and two children), a level of service considered inferior to that of a 2-star hotel.

they have a self serve laundry that i used every day. this is what i look for when I am traveling because i like to travel light breakfast is delicious and has authentic western and chinese food. better than anything USA hotels can offer
