"Swimming pool was not open, but everything else was very good. We were clean, newly renovated. Of course the lobby is very nice. Conveniently located across the Lo Wo shopping center. Great massage place in the hotel you definitely should try although they don’t speak much English in the massage place."

Special thanks to front desk Cindy for upgrading our room at better floors, allowing me to play the piano at the hallway. Also thanks to Rosa at the breakfast buffet, for king service every day, as well useful travel tips. Really appreciate all their help!"

"lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well."
