Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

My first time in Shanghai, and Donghu Hotel was a wonderful choice for a solo stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with exceptional staff who are warm, helpful and attentive. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very functional, everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to great food, bars, shopping and transport. Being in the French Concession was a real highlight, such a beautiful and atmospheric part of Shanghai, with so much to explore on foot. I loved my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended, especially if it’s your first time in Shanghai.

I had a wonderful stay at Amara Shanghai and would definitely stay here again. The location is incredibly convenient, and a huge bonus is having a Starbucks right next door, which was perfect for grabbing a coffee whenever I needed one. A special thank you to Zero from the concierge team, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond during my stay. He helped me locate a massage nearby and was incredibly helpful with arranging my airport transfer. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled due to the weather, and the airport transfer ended up being even more helpful than I could have imagined. The driver was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me find new accommodation after my flight cancellation. He helped me navigate the situation, made sure I knew what I needed to do for my next airport transfer, and even reassured me to message him if I needed any further help. I was extremely stressed at the time, and his kindness and assistance made a difficult situation so much easier. Overall, I had a great experience at Amara Shanghai. The convenient location, great breakfast, and especially the exceptional help from Zero and the airport transfer driver made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai!

幼児連れで２部屋ほしいため民泊風のこちらに１週間滞在しました。寝室２部屋、キッチンエリアが扉で分かれていたので子供が寝ている間も物音を気にしないでよく助かりました。ここは〜〜村という居住区の一角で、夜10時頃まで隣のテレビの音が聞こえたり朝には多少生活音がしたりします。地元民になったような気分を味わえます。虫や蚊などいるかと思ったのですが全然出ず、とても清潔で良かったです。 立地は人民公園へ徒歩数分の好立地で、豫園、バンド、田子坊も歩いて行ける範囲でした。居住区の出口のすぐ目の前に日用品店、八百屋、飲食店があり利便性は高いです。また南の方へ徒歩３〜４分行くと飲食店が５〜６店舗並んでいるところがあり、そのうちの菜飯骨頭煲という店の手撕排骨というホロホロの骨付きバラ肉がとても美味しくてオススメです。 事前にWeChatグループに招待されデポジットを決済する必要があることに注意です（デポジット必要の旨と金額はExpedia上に書いてあります）。Wifiが繋がらなかったのでこのチャットで問い合わせたところ技術者を派遣してもらって対応してもらえました。チャットへの反応は丁寧で早かったです。 ホテルではできない経験をしたいならオススメです。
