The Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The Staff are all friendly, lovely and helpful. Especially JUDY. We has problem with DIDI and she took for us time and helped. Very lovely. Only WiFi in our room was bad. Really bad.

The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant. Set in a quiet leafy area about 6 kms from the city centre it was refreshing to hear the birds singing from our balcony in the morning .. Geoff & Annie from Melbourne Australia

It was a great experience. Hotel was nice, breakfast was absolutely tasteful, staffs were friendly, location is great. Room was a little old.

Very nice aparthotel. The staff is nice and spoke English. We stayed in a studio with twin beds and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. Overall, very good place to stay if traveling with family.

Nous sommes restés 5jours. L’emplacement est magnifique en face d’un grand parc et d’une ligne de métro. Secteur très sécuritaire peu importe l’heure du jour ou de la nuit. Service impeccable. Petit déjeuner varié et abondant. Personnel attentif et disponible. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great hotel, friendly staff and spacious rooms. The location is a bit off the path for tourist but there is a subway station on site and plenty taxis around.
