房間寬敞、even是凌晨2點左右check in 櫃檯服務人員還是非常有禮貌

The service is excellent, very helpful and polite staff, especially Mr Jeddy, who is sincere and shows his care about your stay. Water pressure is good with clean room ready. Swimming pool is wonderful during day and night, just that you need to accept the limited sunbeds available. An overall excellent experience and we would definitely choose The Clan for our next visit.

Convenient location in reasonable price. Very close to Clarke Quay MRT, 5 minutes walk and you’ll get there. 15 minutes to reach the heart of Chinatown. 10 minutes walk to the Fair Price supermarket. Two convenient stores within 100 metres. Provide very basic breakfast and the staff there is nice and friendly. Most of the front desk staff are friendly too. The facilities inside the room is a little disappointing. The air conditioner has noise after opening it for some time. No clothes hangers in the bath room, though hangers can be found near the front door, they are fixed there and cannot be taken out for use in the bath room. The sound insulation of the room need improving as you may hear your neighbours chatting and their television sound late at night.
