「Reasonable」

「Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!」

「Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.」

「This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.」

「this hotel was very accessible to Mayo Clinic and the staff was very nice and helpful even when we had to stay another night after we checked out. Very reasonable and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was OK :)」

「The Nichols Inn is a great place to stay while in the great town of Red Wing. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable. We have stayed there twice and will do so again.」

「Not good 」

「I liked the cozy, warm room. Parking was good and breakfast was satisfying. I only wish I had known ahead of time that the credit card was charged immediately as I had hoped to pay cash when we left. Thank you for everything!😊」

「The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.」

「This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!」

「The staff were all very helpful and nice. They helped the experience to be great!」
