The hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. When I traveled in Japan, I hurt my feet and felt very painful in walking. The hotel staff tried their best to help and to make a special arrangement on wheelchair for me. I highly appreciate the hotel staff professional attitude. In addition, the hotel location is pretty good and very convenient.

2 min walk to main train station with multiple lines going in every direction. So many restaraunts and dining options, shopping and pachinko halls. Staff were great and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Would definately stay again.

The hotel is in a handy location - directly opposite to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. It is perfect to travel to and from the airport. The room, a superior double room, is a bit small, which is similar to the situation in most of the hotels. The rest is super. Iā€™d stay there again next time in the city.

Hotel is very close to the station. Breakfast was meh - just a donut, pastry and coffee from the mister donut (630yen). I believe I paid more than that as an addition through my booking so I think it is better to just skip it or pay the cafe directly. Room was nice and spacious and clean.
