「Toilet plumbing are broke 」

「Room was literally dusty - hadn’t been cleaned /gone over in some time. There was musty water in the coffee maker from whoever used the room before. No tissues. Staff was very nice and courteous! There was a $20 charge put on my credit card when we checked in as a just in case. It’s an inconvenience to have to watch my card to make sure the $20 is credited. Parking was convenient Didn’t eat breakfast 」

「We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. 」

「Location is 0.5 miles from Appalachian Trail. The air conditioning works well, warm shower and comfortable bed. The dinner next door is affordable with a great meal selection.」

「The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「The breakfast was pretty good. The whole reason I booked with this hotel was the pool - which was closed during our entire stay. The bedding was dirty and too small for the beds.」
