The person that took our reservation was extremely nice and when we got there, the person that checked us in was also very nice. They have the lobby looking beautiful. I can tell that they’re working on renovation. They were extremely nice and professional.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. The diner next door has the most incredible breakfast. Check out was easy. Just remember you didn't book the Waldorf for that rate. Although the room is dated it was very clean. I would stay again.

The room was clean. Breakfast was plain donuts, white bread, bland cereal. One flavor of yogurt , no hot tea. They did have waffles. Had to wait to check in, staff was gone he did not apologize for the wait.

The staff especially those at the desk were extremely helpful and kind. The room however didn't look like it had been cleaned well. Ranging from hairs in the shower to candy on the floor that had clearly been left behind by another guest, and stains on the bedsheets and the head boards.

We had a nice stay here, but my main concern was how slippery the bathtub was. I almost slipped twice getting in and out. Needs non slip stickers or something similar. Otherwise it was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Little gem

It is an older building, but the upkeep has been done. It’s quite nice. The lobby feels like you’re in another era but in a good way! The room was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Definitely would return there as the location and price was great. Henry at the desk was absolute best.
