「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「AMAZING staff! AMAZING location! Rooms VERY clean! SUPER convenient location! Walkable to LOTS!!! Older (historical?) building so no elevator to third floor we were placed but we were ok with that. It would be ideal to have small refrigerator and microwave in rooms. We had to be strategic when going out to eat to ensure we ordered just enough so we wouldn’t have leftovers. Also, room temperature drinks are not what was craved on hot - humid days when walking back into our room. But...

「I throughly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait for the next time I’m in New Orleans. While this hotel is historic, it is well cared for, comfortable, and easy access to Bourbon Street, safe and quiet. My only regret is that I only stayed for one night!」
