「Great place, we stayed one night right off Cotswold walk. Room clean, new, staff warm and friendly, food, good. It was a good stay.」

「We stayed one night, good location, nice food/beer garden, good food and drinks, staff was friendly and helpful. We were unlucky that the Wi-Fi and tv didn’t work, not from lack of trying by the staff, they fixed it, and 10 minutes later, stopped working. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.」

「Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds.」

「Spa only had 3 or 4 loungers which was disappointing as chairs and table on other side was not easy to access. Sauna and steam room small but okay. Outside lounge area was nice for pastries and coffee. Breakfast is good had a great variety. Serve was friendly but not intrusive which made up for the rest. Loved my buttermilk pancakes, bacon and syrup! Dining after the spa was a big disappointment though as there's not much choice and we weren't able to order after 830pm as kitchens seem to...

「Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too.」

「Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...
