"The Cooling system in our room did not work. When we arrived the room was at 62 degrees and we could not turn the heat on to bring the room to a normal temperature. We shut the system off and hours later found a big puddle of water leaked on our luggage. The view was beautiful but the room temperature is a critical component to enjoyment of a hotel room."

"The GMC SUV was very comfortable and clean. It was just what we needed to get around town and to Miami. Even tho we came on a sad occasion for a funeral. We were so please with the vehicle performance. "

"Our room looked like prison cell. The room was beaten up to an extreme degree. The sink, tub and toilet were stained with rust. The actual tub and sink has rust spots through the metal base. The bed was clean and freshly made up."

The drinks were on the pricy side, but good. The food at the per restaurant and served on the beach was shockingly sub-par for variety and uniqueness. However, it was still delicious. Highly recommend getting some new menus. Overall, relaxing & fun. "
