「Enjoyed the location and our room very much」

「Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel」

「Room was not completely clean when I arrived. Food left in kitchen sink. Never refilled my coffee supply after first day. Garbage outside and inside the eating area was always full. 」

「Took a shower and after about two minutes was ankle deep in water. Let the front desk know but there was no apology or any offer of making it better. She just jotted it down.」

「This was our 2nd stay at this location and it was decent! they are doing a lot of remodeling and their was alot of "debree" around but overall our room was nice, clean and comfortable and there are ALOT of food options in the area. Would likely stay again. 」

「Breakfast and staff were great. We had hair that was not ours in the bathroom and only one washcloth for 2 of us. When I spoke with the front desk they were very accomdating and refunded us some of our cost. It should also be noted that there is no elevator in this hotel. 」

「The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.」

「The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast 」
