「The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.」

「This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.」

「The theming was amazing! We loved the music that played through the resort and all of the decor. We thought the amenities- arcade, pool, fitness center, etc- were all awesome and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was to die for! Every staff member that we met was helpful, friendly, and kind. Cannot wait to visit again!」

「Property is beautiful. Bug season was upon us. Pool area attendants need to actually attend to the pool and keep it clean and the area around the pool. Should have a chair system for saving chairs. You can have as many chairs that are in your party. People have 10 chairs for 4 people. Garbage in and around the property piles up and takes away from the beauty of the property. Overall, if it want for the bugs, we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. Staff is kind and friendly. Lots of amenities....

There’s wasps nests EVERYWHERE, couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to that and could barely enter the doors without one diving at us, the mini fridge in the room didn’t work, tv remote barely worked and beds were super uncomfortable, the pools were okay but this whole place needs updating. I appreciated the two room option. I don’t think we will stay here again.」

「Coffee not in room and machine by lobby was out of order the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Indoor pool was quite cold but outside was just right. Perfect for family with children under 10. Good for the budget and close to everything in town.」
