「No tv in the room but otherwise great stay. Great location and not far from Hurley」

「The room was clean. The pool was not open yet I was still charged a resort fee. Our "remodeled" room was done very poorly. The bathroom floor was so warped you could not close the door. Whoever installed the shower head thought it would be a good idea to have it permanently aimed at the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone」

「The rooms only get cleaned if you ask at the front desk before noon. They won't even empty the trash. The breakfast was good since they provided eggs and meat and a waffle maker. Coffee and juice and fresh fruit. Breakfast from 7am till 10 or 11am. It's not helpful if you want to leave early. The hotel is older but updated.」

The bathroom reeked of mildew and the bathroom fan didn't work. I believe the hotel is used primarily for workers in the area...we had a person loudly jumping up and down for several hours the first night until 11:00pm then resumed jumping at 7:00am the next morning. 「The water main broke in the street. We had brown rusty water without any comments from management. Without any notice they shortened breakfast by a half hour. To get room cleaned had to notify the front desk each day. Still garbage wasn’t emptied during cleaning. Never asked our preference during check in.」

「When we pulled up, we thought that the hotel had closed and was abandoned. Parking lot was huge with very few cars and took us a while to find the front desk. The people there were friendly enough, but it just felt like they were doing what they could keep everything together. The room was clean, but rundown. Would not recommend.」

「No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice」

「Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus. The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area.」
